Last updated: 7 May 2025  ·  Effective date: 7 May 2025

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tensorhaus website at tensorhaus.sbs and your participation in any Tensorhaus programme. By submitting an enrolment enquiry, completing payment, or accessing programme materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Tensorhaus is operated by Tensorhaus, located at 145 Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. Programmes and Availability

Tensorhaus offers three online programmes: Data Foundations Course, Applied Machine Learning Pathway, and Applied Deep Learning Capstone. Programme details, durations, and pricing listed on this website are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be updated from time to time. We will notify enrolled students of any material changes to a programme they have already paid for.

Enrolment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of students in any cohort to maintain feedback and mentor quality.

3. Enrolment and Payment

3.1 Enrolment process

Enrolment is confirmed once full payment has been received and you receive a written confirmation from us by email. Until confirmation is sent, no enrolment place is reserved.

3.2 Fees

  • Data Foundations Course: ฿7,800 THB
  • Applied Machine Learning Pathway: ฿22,000 THB
  • Applied Deep Learning Capstone: ฿34,500 THB

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of any applicable value-added tax unless stated otherwise. Fees must be paid in full prior to accessing programme materials.

3.3 Payment methods

Accepted payment methods are communicated during the enrolment process. We do not store payment card details on our servers; card transactions are handled by contracted payment processors.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Before start date Cancellation requests received at least 14 calendar days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment-processing fees charged by the processor.

7–13 days before Cancellation requests received 7 to 13 calendar days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the programme fee.

Less than 7 days Cancellation requests received fewer than 7 calendar days before the start date, or after the programme has begun, are not eligible for a refund.

Deferral In place of a refund, enrolled students may defer their place to a future cohort of the same programme. Deferrals are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the start date.

To request a cancellation or deferral, contact us at [email protected] with your name and order reference.

5. Programme Delivery

All Tensorhaus programmes are delivered online. Enrolled students receive access to recorded lessons, notebook exercises, and take-home practice sets via the student portal link provided after enrolment confirmation.

5.1 Feedback and mentor sessions

Where a programme includes written feedback on submitted notebooks, we aim to return feedback within seven business days of submission. Where a programme includes video office hours or code review sessions, scheduling is coordinated by email after enrolment. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate student time zones.

5.2 Access duration

Students retain access to recorded lessons and materials for the duration of their programme plus 90 days after the programme end date. We do not offer indefinite or lifetime material access.

5.3 Technical requirements

Students are responsible for having a working computer, a current web browser, a Python environment (version 3.9 or later), and a reliable internet connection. Tensorhaus does not provide hardware or software licences.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to engage with programme materials and instructors in a respectful manner. The following are not permitted:

  • Sharing login credentials or programme materials with individuals who are not enrolled
  • Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing recorded lessons or written materials without written permission from Tensorhaus
  • Submitting work that is not your own for the purpose of feedback (use of AI-generated content without disclosure is included in this)
  • Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful communication with instructors or staff

Tensorhaus reserves the right to remove a student from a programme for serious or repeated violations of these conduct expectations. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recorded lessons, notebook templates, written feedback, and website content are the intellectual property of Tensorhaus unless otherwise stated. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own educational purposes during the access period described in Section 5.2.

Work you produce during a programme (your own code, written analysis, and project files) remains your own. By submitting work for feedback, you grant Tensorhaus the right to review it and provide written comments.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tensorhaus provides educational content with the aim of developing practical skills. We do not make representations about outcomes such as employment, salary changes, or project results, as these depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and external factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you in connection with any programme is limited to the total fees paid by you for that programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Programme Changes and Cancellation by Tensorhaus

We reserve the right to modify programme content, schedules, or delivery format where reasonably necessary. We will give enrolled students reasonable notice of material changes. If we cancel a programme before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund of fees paid.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it before submitting your details or completing enrolment.

11. Cookies

This website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that cookies may be placed on your device in accordance with your consent preferences.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your participation in a Tensorhaus programme will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or participation in a programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For enrolled students, material changes that affect an ongoing programme will be communicated by email.
